One from a CCEI member teacher who has taught the applicant for at least one year, one from a counselor or academic advisor at the school that can verify the applicant's scholastic accomplishments, and one from an individual that knows the applicant personally. PERSONAL STATEMENT A typed essay of 500 words minimum that explains the student's goals and aspirations including how the CCEI member teacher has encouraged them. The letter should also
explain how the funds will be used and why the applicant deserves the scholarship award. Transcript Please submit an in-progress transcript detailing course work and GPA. I have read the instructions and completed this application as completely and accurately as possible. If
