Are You an Electronics Instructor:

Who needs help?

Who is trying to keep abreast with new technology?

Who has techniques and program ideas to share?

Who wants to support electronics education?

Who values the interaction with other motivated instructors?

Then CCEI is the organization for you.  Founded over a quarter century ago, it is the largest statewide association devoted exclusively to helping all electronics instructors at all teaching levels.

The CCEI Philosophy:

1.  The electronics industry is always changing, demanding "state-of-the-art" knowledge and skills.

2.  Educational programs must keep up with the  changes occurring in industry.

3.  Electronics teachers need an organization that can help them stay abreast of new developments.

4.  Such an organization should emphasize technical conferences and  workshops over full-membership business activities.

5.  Sharing ideas helps electronics instructors improve the quality of electronics programs throughout the state.

Keys to Success:

1.  CCEI holds a Fall Conference at which technical and general interest presentations of all types are given.

2.  Technical one-day Workshops are held  frequently at various  locations throughout the year.

3.  The quarterly CCEI Newsletter is sent to all members.

4.  An active Web Site is available to all members.

5.  CCEI is  an organization in which each member is treated with equal respect, without regard to level of teaching responsibility or background and training.

6.  Individual members donate their time and energy to  accomplish CCEI objectives.

7.  Leadership efforts are directed toward meeting the interests of the members.

Membership in CCEI is open to anyone who shares in the basic mission, vision, and philosophy of the organization.  Membership is $25.00 per year and brings all rights and privileges listed in the Constitution  and the Bylaws.  There is also a special membership program for retired electronics educators.
